Up to 24-hours in advance, no charges will apply. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a four-hour minimum will apply. Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions to this policy.

Cancellation Policy

Payment of the reservation fee is due to Big River Babysitting once the reservation is confirmed and a sitter is placed. An online invoice will be provided to you through Square.

When is payment due?

The hourly rate paid to the sitter is based on the number of children. Payments are made directly to the sitter and must be made by cash, check, or Venmo at the conclusion of the reservation.
